Women-focused tour operator AdventureWomen announced new and expanded itineraries for 2027, including a horseback riding trip and a guided Mount Kilimanjaro trek.
AdventureWomen president Paige Davis said the itineraries were crafted after the operator performed travel surveys to learn "where women wanted to go next, how they wanted to travel and what kinds of experiences mattered most."
Living up to its name, the tour operator will offer a special departure for its Kilimanjaro: Trek to the Roof of Africa itinerary, where the group will ring in the new year on Africa's highest peak. The 10-day itinerary was designed by expert guides and is being billed as a once-in-a-lifetime trekking adventure.
Following the success of the brand's horseback itinerary in Iceland, the operator will operate a Patagonia version. The weeklong trip features exploring Torres del Paine while riding a horse and guided by expert horse handlers, riding approximately 86 miles. Lodging includes glamping, staying in a dome hotel and a lodge on the Serrano River.
Other new and expanded itineraries include to Canada, Japan, Namibia and Panama.
