Most recently, Burgess was general manager of commercial aviation for Jeppesen ForeFlight, a former Boeing company, where he led a global business line. Prior to that position, he was the company's chief product officer, according to ATPCO. He also spent more than five years with Sabre, with his last position there as SVP of product management, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Burgess succeeds Alex Zoghlin, who departed ATPCO in June 2025 and joined hospitality industry revenue management technology firm Duetto as CEO thereafter. ATPCO CFO Vince Palmiere had been interim CEO during the board's search for a new leader.
