Azamara Cruises now has a dedicated phone line for travel advisors who are new to working with the brand.
The hotline was launched this week and supplements an existing line for an agent portal.
The new line, called Anything Azamara, can be used for a variety of needs such as support with an agent's first booking, connecting to a sales representative or learning about itineraries. The number is 888-575-9782.
The cruise line's chief sales officer of North America, Michelle Lardizabal, called it "a direct line to personalized support and partnership from day one."
To further support advisors, Azamara plans to introduce two new modules in its training platform, Azamara World Academy, next year. It introduced the resource a year ago, and the addition of the new chapters is a response to demand, a spokesperson said.
Azamara also expanded its destination guides online, which offer details on ships and itineraries, to now include detailed deck plans and day-by-day itineraries with maps.
