Caesars Palace has refreshed its Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower.

The suites were designed by Peter Silling & Associates to blend European artistry with modern sophistication, said officials at the iconic resort, which first opened in Las Vegas in 1966.

"The Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas have been guest favorites for years, but they were also among the earliest luxury suites at Caesars Palace," said Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars Entertainment. "Their previous design leaned into a traditional Roman aesthetic, and partnering with Peter Silling & Associates allowed us to reimagine the villas in a fresh direction."

The connecting Colosseum Presidential Villas have similar layouts. The 8,060-square-foot villa features brushed gold accents and soft lighting, while the 8,370-square-foot villa has bold lines and darker tones. Each rooftop villa has a 1,700-square-foot outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the skyline.

Each includes a private elevator through a vestibule inspired by Roman gardens; floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views; and custom chandeliers made with metal, glass and crystal. A double-sided glass fireplace connects the living and entertainment areas.

The entertainment lounge has a bar and a billiard table, while the formal dining room has mirror-lined ceilings and a 10-seat Calacatta Oro marble table.

The Sky Villas, on the 68th and 69th floors, introduce a contemporary design with clean architectural lines, a refined palette and sweeping views, resorts officials said.

Spaces feature bold material contrasts — marble and metal; velvet and leather; and crystal and stone. High ceilings, sculptural lighting and curated art convey a spirit of airiness and exclusivity.

"With incredible views of the Strip, the completely renovated villas now feel more modern and reflect how today’s guests like to live, relax and entertain while still honoring our Roman roots,"  McBurney said. "These villas represent a major milestone in our multiphase transformation of the resort as we celebrate its 60th anniversary this year."

Caesars is also debuting Omnia Dayclub this pool season. Tao Group Hospitality's venue will be 46,000 square feet, feature two expansive pools and host performances from world-renowned DJs.

Also coming this year is a renovation of almost 1,000 suites in the Augustus Tower and a reimagined VIP check-in lounge. More than 500 rooms in the Julius Tower and almost 1,200 rooms in the Palace Towers are scheduled to be redesigned in 2027.
