Ensemble has launched a Hotel Group Desk, which was designed to help members with complex hotel bookings of nine rooms or more.
The desk will handle sourcing, negotiations and administrative coordination (including contracting, deposits and attrition terms) for Ensemble members. Requests will be fulfilled within 48 hours for domestic bookings and 72 hours for international bookings. Advisors will receive between three and five hotel options.
The desk will book only hotels that are preferred with Ensemble. Its portfolio includes more than 650 luxury properties and more than 35,000 chains available through brand agreements.
According to the consortium, the service was launched based on members seeking more support for multi-room and multi-property hotel bookings.
Its creation, Ensemble said, will enable members to focus more time on other tasks.
"Once a preferred option is selected, advisors are connected directly to the hotel to finalize contracting and payments, allowing them more time to focus on clients and revenue-generating work," said Daniel Finkel, senior vice president of partner relations for Ensemble.
