HX Expeditions is trying to give Greenland cruise guests peace of mind amid the turmoil caused by President Trump's demand that Denmark sell Greenland to the U.S.

HX introduced its Greenland Promise, stating that if HX must cancel a customer's Greenland cruise -- including any 2026 voyage where Greenland is part of a wider itinerary -- or if a customer's government advises against travel, the customer can change the booking to another HX voyage and receive a 20% future cruise credit. Or, customers may opt for a full refund.

HX noted that its spring and summer cruises are moving forward as planned. It has nine cruises this year that include Greenland.
