Michele Saegesser has returned to her previous role as Viking's vice president, sales and national accounts. Saegesser had retired from the position last January.
Milton Hugh, Viking's executive vice president, shared the news in an internal announcement on Dec. 11. "Viking is much stronger with Michele back on the team," he said.
Hugh added that Michael Eng and Erik De La Cruz, both senior directors of national accounts, will remain in their current positions.
Saegesser has been conducting motivational training for Viking this year.
Before joining Viking 25 years ago, Saegesser had worked for Disney, Princess Cruises, Rocky Mountaineer, Hurtigruten, Luxury Trains of the World and Via Rail Canada.
