A recent refresh of Sailrock South Caicos is meant to showcase the raw beauty of the Turks and Caicos islands.
The refurb was led by South Florida-based company, Studio Darlene Brown. "This updated concept dovetails our design principles with Sailrock's low-density, residential feel," Brown said. "Every enhancement was conceived to elevate the experience and invite romance naturally and with intention."
The Great House Reception has been reimagined as a "jewel-box" welcome, featuring woven jute and stone textures. Nearby, the lobby now centers around a dramatic, LED-lit conch shell art wall, with retractable doors that let in the Caribbean breeze.
The Great House Restaurant showcases new seating with natural details, including woven baskets and coastal patterns inspired by local salt ponds. The redesign is meant to create a cozy, high-end, "living room" atmosphere where guests are encouraged to relax and connect.
In the Ridgetop Suites, beds have been repositioned to face panoramic ocean views, while the Beachfront Villas, set for completion in early 2026, are being draped in soft neutrals, sculptural sconces, and woven headboards.
