Travel Leaders Network has named Megan Wollak senior vice president of member services, a new position.

As part of president Lindsay Pearlman's management team, Wollak will oversee how travel agencies are using the tools available to them.
Wollak is a 21-year veteran of TLN and the various companies that preceded the creation of the network. She most recently worked as a leader for TLN’s partner relations team. Before that, she worked in marketing for Travel Leaders' franchisors. Her career at TLN began with Cruise Holidays.
Wollak's new focus will be on member-facing products, tools, programs and services in the U.S. and Canada.
"As Travel Leaders Network grows, we saw a need for someone to be the point person for member experience, and the same name kept coming up: Megan Wollak," said Pearlman. "Megan’s two decades of work has spanned the gamut and she understands our members' needs in a way that I rarely see."
