Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway is introducing a little bit of Italy to its hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Every Tuesday evening, its seaside La Ceiba Restaurant is now offering an immersive Tuscan experience complete with cuisine, fresh aromas of lemon and rosemary and live Italian music.
What's on the menu
Called "Una Notte In Toscana," which translates to "A Night in Tuscany," the restaurant will offer classic Tuscan cuisine curated by executive chef Rogelio Dominguez. The menu will feature Italian classics, including penne all'arrabbiata with tomato, garlic, and a subtle heat; gnocchi alla carbonara; bavette ai funghi with sauteed mushrooms; and slow-cooked salt-crusted fish. The experience will include a classic tiramisu and limoncello.
The menu is part of an evolution of Villa Premiere's larger gastronomic vision of thoughtful dining, adding diversity to its selection of seasonal Mexican and international cuisine. The change comes as Puerto Vallarta grows as one of Mexico's most sought-after destinations and has welcomed more than 6 million visitors annually in recent years.
